An item of news that can shock millions of Aishwarya Rai’s fans, and no doubt her husband too,  concerns her erotic scenes in the movie named  Mistress Of Spices, opposite  Dylan McDermott.

It’s been hardly a month since former Miss World and Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai married Bollywood’s super star legend Amitabh Bachchanâ’s son Abhishek Bachchan (who himself is a renowned actor). Their marriage itself was had a controversial incident, as on the very day of marriage, one unknown lady created some insane scenes in front of Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow Prateeksha.

She emphasized that she has a very long and loving relationship with Abhishek Bachchan and had a child with him. But somehow the knot between two of them  ended.

As well, just few months before marriage, Aishwarya Rai was also surrounded by other controversies. Her last movie Dhoom2 also put her down in front of her fans and her husband Abhishek Bachchan when she did a smooching scene with Bollywood’s hottest actor Hrithik Roshan. But as always happens with Bollywood stars, all controversies are gone with the wind.

But this time it is very different, which is really thrilling. The news flurried in the media market depicting that the elegant lady Aishwarya Rai, who has been in strict glamour roles within Bollywood, has presented some erotic scenes in the movie called Mistress Of Spices.

Directed by Paul Berges, husband of award winning director Gurinder Chadha (Bend it like Beckham) Mistress Of Spice is a novel based story where Aishwarya plays a character called Tilo. Tilo is an immigrant from India, and a shopkeeper, who is also the “Mistress of Spices.” The spices which she gives to her customers help them to satisfy their needs and desires. Her life changes when she falls in love with Doug, an American man (Dylan McDermott).

In the whole movie she has  many sexual scenes but in the middle she has crossed the limits. She has openly done a bedroom sex scene with her co-star Dylan McDermott. Whether this is fact or fiction this can only be proved after watching the movie. And, if the scenes are fact, then this is really going to be heavy for Aishwarya Rai and can cause a lot of trouble.

Anxiety In A Long Distance Relationship

Being apart in a long distance relationship will often result in a lot of stress and anxiety that not only can be avoided but, if approached the right way, can actually “make the heart grow fonder”.

With the advantage of modern technology that includes video connections on computers and telephones, messaging facilities on cell phones and online shopping and delivery, there are many aids to long distance relationships that modern couple can enjoy which were simply unheard of in the days of our not so distant ancestors.

Of special concern to many is the possibility that our partner will be exposed to overwhelming temptations, and even cheat, while they are away from us. If this is a minor concern, frequent contact with messaging, telephone calls and video link will be very helpful in helping to sustain and build a loving relationship. When you view the separation with a sense of calm rather than alarm, there are many tools available to help sustain the relationship.

If you are finding the separation to be especially stressful, it is important to understand that the anxiety being experienced has its origins in perception and arises from the way you look at the world. That is, you are responding to thoughts and expectations that tour partner may be cheating on you or is simply losing interest.

This does not mean that they are behaving badly or that their feelings are cooling. It indicates that you are allowing negative thoughts to evoke negative feelings. Invariably, decisions and choices that we make when we are feeling anxious, angry, resentful, hurt, sad, lonely, and the like, will point us in a direction that is away from what we really want.

For instance, if we are resentful towards an absent partner, we are tempted to be surly, cool, distant, suspicious and critical. Acting in this way towards another stirs resentment in the one on the receiving end of our ire.

Do they feel more loving when being treated this way? More likely they are inclined to retaliate, in turn causing you to feel more resentful!

Notice that what caused us to feel resentment in the first place were our perceptions of the situation. The thoughts we entertained may have been based on little more than our own insecurities and other attitudes and expectations that we hold which shape our perception of the world.

The ideas we accept mold the way we see events and the way we interpret what we see. If we see a rosy picture, we feel joyous and expect a happy outcome. If our view is a gloomy one, our prospects also appear dark and we feel anxious and threatened.

Anxiety in a long distance relationship is something we CAN control and overcome when we understand the way it works and what can be done about it. The flow on benefit is that it helps us in all sorts of ways and not only when we are apart from our loved ones. We also learn how to create an infinitely better world for ourselves and feel more in control of our lives.

The second step is the subjects you talk about. When taking alone time or just in general, couples tend to only talk about how their days were or if they picked something up that was needed from the store. Make it a positive time by talking about dreams and fun past times and let each other into your minds a bit.

The third step is remembering. Remember what attracted you to your partner in the first place. After you remember that, you should tell them it. This is a form of positive reinforcement that many either forget or never say the longer the relationship goes on. It will make your partner feel loved and appreciated.

Love and relationships never run smooth, regardless of how you might think they do for some people. Everyone in their relationship at some time has challenges and the love gets put into question. It’s then people need to seek out advice and help in their relationships to re-discover new ways to keep their relationship alive, or perhaps simply recreate that spark that may have become absent from what was once a loving relationship.

Don’t worry; there is plenty of relationship advice available and there are many different approaches one can take to improving his or her relationship. However, sometimes it is difficult to identify what’s required to be fixed on your own. That said, don’t think all advice is ‘good advice’ – advice is very personal and subjective; what works for some folks does not necessarily work for others. A key factor to consider when seeking advice is be guided by what others’ opinion is of the person giving the advice. Always try to ‘take advice’ from someone who has been recommended by someone you trust and respect – even better if it’s from someone who too has had to seek help in solving their relationship problems.

Here are some quick ideas from us about what we’ve learned about relationships:

Idea #1: If an argument occurs, avoid negative statements such as, “You never..” or “You always…”. These type of statements are unfair and will get you nowhere with your partner. You should think of positive ways to voice your concerns, and use “I” statements.

Idea #2: Never forget a successful relationship takes the effort of both partners. Relationships are always a work in progress.

Idea #3: One really satisfying trick is to write down all the wonderful things that you love about your partner. Then, pull it out and read it when you are having a difficult time. Reading about the positives will help motivate you to put more effort into your working positively on the relationship.

Idea #4: Whether you use text messaging or email, learn! Taking a little time to send a text message or an email to your partner that simply says, “I love you” can be highly impacting in a good way – it’s the smallest gesture that can often mean the most.

Idea #5: Pick your moment wisely to talk through serious issues with your partner. Things will go much more smoothly if your partner is not irritated, tired or generally low.

Also, look around your family and friends and see if there’s any couples you know in a successful relationship or marriage, who may be able to offer you advice on relationships. Yes, you might hear similar advice as we’re offering here but that will just reaffirm the importance of these little ideas. Obviously you will need to decide which pieces of advice you think will work for you and your partner, and then apply them.

And remember that if your partner respects and loves you, and seriously is committed to overcoming any and all hurdles in your relationship, he or she will likely follow your lead and begin to be more positive, loving and communicative. It’s then it becomes a win-win situation for both parties.

Painful Relationships Can Cause Serious Heart Problems

Lisa was terrified that she was going to die. She was trapped in her bed with severe heart problems. For seven years, she was struggling with an abusive husband. Even though her condition was treated with operations, medication, and regular doctor visits, Lisa was getting worse.

The 66-year-old woman had not been dealing with her emotional pain. When the heart is having a problem, the emotional causes are issues about love. A healthy heart expresses self-love, and love for and from others. Whereas, self-hate, hurt, rejection, verbal and physical abuse, can be contributing factors to heart problems.

To heal her heart condition, it is important for Lisa to have a healthy diet, exercise appropriately, reduce stress, overcome addictions, and be treated by a medical professional. However, it is also vital to heal her childhood pain, love herself, and create a healthy, loving relationship.

Lisa was able to release her anger at her husband constructively by imagining that she was beating up a pillow and expressing what she was furious about. Then she forgave him and felt compassion. Lisa realized that he was wounded emotionally, and he was acting out his pain that had nothing to do with her. She understood that she would feel better if she stayed in her loving heart and did not take what he said or did personally. She also did the same healing with her abusive father, brother, ex-boyfriends and two ex-husbands.

The retired school counselor felt happier and had more energy. In fact, Lisa was able to get out of bed and go outside to shop and see friends. She was planning how she could leave her abusive marriage. Lisa no longer felt trapped in bed or in her relationship.

Another example of emotional problems causing physical heart disease is forty-year-old Mike’s story. The business man was stressed about his failing company and marital problems. His wife wanted a divorce. Mike’s doctor had prescribed medication and expressed his concerns about his heart.

Mike was able to heal the childhood pain he had from abusive parents and previous rejecting women. He was also able to hear his wife’s complaints and make positive changes. Mike’s heart improved and he was able to reduce his medication. He was ecstatic when he received an optimistic prognosis from his doctor.

The above men and women are examples of the many people who were successful in improving their heart conditions and/or probably preventing heart disease by dealing with their emotional pain. When they released their fears and anger and loved themselves, they had a healthier emotional and physical heart. As a result, they were able to avoid or leave abusive relationships and attract loving ones. They also enabled themselves to live happier lives and to most likely extend their healthy, active years.
