Question by Into the ocean: Why am I feeling jealous over my best friend?
I am two years older than my best friend, she is like a sister. Lately, she has been different. Shes way more social and I am becoming less social. I made mistakes and now I have changed; I dont go to parties where I will be put in bad situations anymore. She is starting to go out and party lots, with old friends of mine! I do not know why I am jealous? How to over come this jealousy I am feeling?

Wow I’m in a similar situation with my cousin. We used to be close..I decided not to party party party all the time, and now she’s kinda replaced me with a new friend who does. She also let my ex boyfriends bestfriend move in with her which is kinda weird cuz he hates my current boyfriend. It’s a weird situation. Best I can say is either talk to her and let her know how you feel or move on with your life and realize while your making smart decisions she’s making bad ones. That’s kinda what I decided to do, if she care she’ll come around.

So this guy that I’m friends with is making a move on the best-friend-spot that I’m currently in with my best friend, and I’m getting angry and jealous all at the same time. Any advice here?

It’s hard not to get jealous, I mean it IS your best friend. But maybe you just need to look at it from a different perspective. Maybe he isn’t trying to steal your best friend, it may just seem like that because you’re so upset. If he really is, don’t worry, if that person’s truly your best friend no one can replace you.

I am wanting to confront my husband about his cheating ways that I recently discovered but how do I do that with kids in the house? Should we go to a public place and discuss this or have someone to come and take the kids for a few hours while we talk? Because there is sure to be some screaming and yelling to take place! Question by Elizabeth: How do I get my boyfriend and my best friend to get along?
My boyfriend and my best friend do not along AT ALL. They keep badmouthing each other (example: my best friend will call my boyfriend the devil in disguise, and my boyfriend will call my best fiend the couple-breaker-upper or any other nickname of the sort) and it’s really annoying. I love them both (in different ways, obviously) and am caught in the middle of their fights. Help!

I have a major problem with my friend, I’m jealous of her. She does everything right, the teachers love her, shes perfect! She tries to get her work done faster it all seems like a competition.
