Anyone can tell that you can blame a mistress or girlfriends that fall in love with a marriage man which is you give the love unconditionally better than wife with unhealthily minded?

Sorry trying to read between the lines here and make sense of it, if a married man has a mistress and a wife he is trash. He is not loveable neither is he worth unconditional love as that only grows with respect.
